The LLAMA Launches a Dynamic New Site for Glen Eden
LMA is pleased to announce the launch of a new web site for Glen Eden Ski & Snowboard Centre.
Affiliated with Conservation Halton, Glen Eden is one of Ontario’s premiere fully-equipped terrain parks for skiing, snowboarders, snow tubing and lessons for all ages and skill-levels. Conservation Halton is a community based environmental agency that protects, restores and manages the natural resources in its watershed. This includes a 1,000 square kilometer landbase with 17 creeks that flow into Lake Ontario, 80 kilometers of Ontario’s Niagara Escarpment and extensive forests.
The new Glen Eden site is a full rebuild of the original web property. Powered by ExpressionEngine2, the site is customized to include content management across nearly the entire site. The new design incorporates a wide range of enhanced user experiences, giving the user a much better feel for Glen Eden and its various offerings, including:
- Up-to-the-minute events, lessons, weather updates and slope conditions
- Fully enhanced events calendar
- A ‘New to the Slopes’ section
- Complete social media integration
- Mega dropdowns to increase the navigation user experience
- eNewsletter integration
